Flight lessons for your commercial certificate start at $70 /hour
Airplane rental (“wet” including fuel) is $140 /hour

Lessons in your own airplane are subject to inspection and instructor approval.

The FAA requires that you have at least 250 hours of various flight experience before taking
your commercial checkride.  There is no minimum age to take flight lessons, but you must
